What is a Mobile App?

Arvest Mobile App Banking is a secure mobile banking application designed for mobile devices, rather than using the Mobile Web browser. Arvest currently provides a Mobile Banking App for iPhone®, iPad® and Android™ devices.

With the Mobile App you can:

  • Check Account Balances
  • Search Transaction History
  • View check images
  • Transfer Funds
  • Deposit Checks
  • Manage Mobile Banking Alerts
  • Pay Your Bills
  • Search for ATM and Branches
What do I need to use the Arvest Mobile App for iOS?
To start using the iPhone® or iPad® Mobile App you will need:
  1. An Arvest Online Banking user ID and password
  2. An iPhone®/iPad® and an account with the iTunes® App Store
  3. Register and verify your mobile device number (if applicable) in Mobile Banking within Online Banking
You can register for Mobile Banking by simply logging in to your mobile banking app with your Arvest Online Banking login and password. For a more customizable experience, log on to Online Banking and click the Mobile Banking tab. If using a phone browser, you can visit www.arvest.com on your mobile device and select Classic View to reach the Arvest homepage for an Online Banking login.

How do I download the Arvest Mobile App to my iPhone®?
There are two ways to download the Mobile App:
  1. Directly from the iTunes® App Store from your iPhone®.
    • Access the App Store from your iPhone® device and type “Arvest Mobile Banking” in the search field.
    • Click on Install and it will automatically download the Mobile Application to your iPhone®.
    • The Mobile App is ready to use. You can now access it be entering your Arvest Online Banking User ID and Password.
  2. From the iTunes® Store on your computer.
    • If you don’t have the iTunes® application on your computer, you will need to access the Apple.com website and download the latest iTunes® application to your computer.
    • Once you have downloaded the iTunes® application to your computer, access the iTunes® store and type “Arvest Mobile Banking” in the search field.
    • Click “Free” and the Mobile App will automatically download to your computer.
    • The Mobile App will be ready to access next time you synchronize your iPhone® with your computer.
How do I download the Arvest Mobile App to my iPad®?

To start using the Android™ Mobile App, you will need:
  1. An Arvest Online Banking user ID and Password
  2. An Android™ phone and an account with Google Play.
  3. Register and verify your mobile device number in Mobile Banking within Online Banking

    • Type “Arvest Mobile Banking” in the search field.
    • Click Install and the Mobile App will automatically download to your computer.
    • The Mobile App will be ready to access next time you synchronize your Android™ with your computer.
Which accounts can I access with the Mobile App?
Mobile App access is available for the following account types:
  • Checking and Savings
  • Money Market
  • Spending Card
  • Consumer Loan and Line of Credit
  • Mortgage
How do I sign up for or change my Mobile Banking Alerts?
You can change or enroll for alerts in many ways:
  • Click the Alerts tile in the Arvest Mobile Banking app
  • Click the Manage Alerts link in Arvest Mobile Web
  • Log in to Arvest Online Banking, select the Mobile Banking tab, then select Alerts
  • Contact us at (866) 952-9523 and a Customer Service Representative can make the changes for you

How current is the balance information?
Account information displayed in Mobile Banking is real time information and matches what is displayed within Arvest Online Banking. Pending transactions that have not fully processed will display the word "Pending".
Can I see the transaction history that I have performed through Mobile Banking?
Transfers initiated in Mobile Banking will show in both Mobile Banking and Online Banking as a pending transaction until processed.
Are transfers immediate?
Mobile Banking transfer requests are transmitted to the bank when you initiate it on your mobile device and the bank receives it via the mobile network. Any interruption in the mobile network could delay the request being received by Arvest. Transfers made after 8:00 PM will post on the next business day.
Can I transfer funds between financial institutions?
No, currently you can only transfer funds between your accounts at Arvest.
Can I pay bills through Mobile Banking?
To set up a bill payment via the Mobile App you first have to create a payee in Arvest BillPay within Online Banking. Once you have created the payee, you can schedule a bill payment from the Payments page by selecting Schedule a Payment.
  • Select a Payee, the account to transfer from, the amount and the date
  • Select Next
  • Select Confirm to complete the payment
How do I know that my bill payment was successful?
Upon the successful completion of the bill payment, a confirmation message displays on your screen. You can review the payment later by selecting Scheduled Payments.
How do I view recent payments?
View recent payment by selecting Recent Payments from the Payments page and selecting the funding account of the payment. The Recent Payments page displays all recent payment(s) you have processed in the last 30 days. You can get the details of any payment by selecting it.
Can I view my scheduled payments?
Yes. View Scheduled Payments by selecting Scheduled Payments from the Payments page and selecting the funding account of the payment. All scheduled payment(s) within the next 30 days are displayed. By selecting a scheduled payment you can display the details.
How can I cancel a scheduled payment?
Cancel a Scheduled Payment from the Scheduled Payments details page by selecting Cancel Payment. A Cancel Confirmation page is displayed. By selecting Yes, the cancellation of the payment is completed. Once a payment is listed as being in status "IN PROGRESS," you can no longer cancel the payment.
How do I set up/add/remove payees displayed in Mobile Banking?
To review your Payees available for payment, select Pay Bills from the Mobile Banking menu on your device, and then access the Select a Payee drop down menu. This menu will list all available Payees. To edit your Payees, you must log in to Online Banking and choose available Payees using the Mobile Banking tab, or add Payees in Arvest BillPay before they appear in your mobile device. By default, all Payees are activated for selection in Mobile Banking upon enrollment and after if any Payees are added. You can remove Payees within Mobile Banking by selecting the Payees section from the submenu.
What if the Payee does not receive my payment?
Contact Customer Service for assistance.
Can I create a payee in the Mobile App?
No, Payees can only be created within Arvest Online BillPay.
How do I find Arvest branch offices and ATM locations?

iPhone®, iPad® and Android™ users can search for Arvest branch and ATM locations using their Mobile Banking App by selecting the Locations option from the main menu in the app.

iPhone® users may also download the myArvest Branch & ATM Finder app in the iTunes® App Store for enhanced location search along with local rates, customer service, bank news and calculators. An Android™ version of the myArvest app is coming soon to Google Play.
